Costs

Commitment required

This requires a commitment of two to four evenings a month and the effort to study and understand Freemasonry’s philosophy, history, ritual and practices.

Fees

Becoming a Freemason involves certain costs. As of 2015, the initiation fees for initiates are $XXX, including fees paid to Grand Lodge, your apron (upon achieving your Master Mason status) and study material as you move through the degrees. Yearly member fees are currently $200 and they are expected to be actively involved in the working of their lodge. All fees are subject to change.

As in any society, the member can only get out of it what he puts into it.
